Fees

Transparency in terms of fees is essential at my firm, as it establishes an initial relationship of trust between client and lawyer.
All initial consultations are billed at 180 euros, all taxes included.
Then, before initiating any proceedings, a fee agreement is signed between the client and the lawyer to ensure full visibility of the applicable fees and amounts.
– In most cases, a lump-sum fee is applied, based on the type and difficulty of the case.
– An hourly rate may be applied in certain cases. The firm’s hourly rate is 300 euros, all taxes included.
– A fee for results may also be applied, depending on the stakes involved.
We accept the following methods of payment: cheque, cash, bank transfer.


